Celebrity Wallpapers-Elisha CuthberT

Elisha Cuthbert
Wallpapers & Mini Biography

Though she tentatively established herself as an alluring figure on 24, Elisha Cuthbert wasn’t branded a full-fledged hot symbol until she took on the role of Danielle in the saucy 2004 comedy The Girl Next Door.

Elisha Cuthbert’s stint on Popular Mechanics for Kids increased her profile among Canadian viewers exponentially, and it also made it a lot easier for her to get her foot in the door at auditions. In 1997, Elisha made her first movie appearance with a supporting role in the Canadian film Dancing on the Moon -- which she followed up with a series of appearances in obscure efforts, including the 1998 family fantasy Nico the Unicorn (which also starred Kevin Zegers). Elisha Cuthbert’s status as a familiar-yet-unknown face changed dramatically in 2001 when she took on the role of a compulsive teen gambler in the well-regarded made-for-Canadian-television movie Lucky Girl (for which she won Canada’s equivalent of an Emmy).

Glamour Celebrity Mariah Carey
Latest Wallpapers & Biography
Part - 03

She is an American pop and R&B singer-songwriter, record producer, and occasional actress. Mariah Carey's parents are Patricia Hickey (Irish-American) and Alfred Roy Carey (African-American / Venezuelan). As a multiethnic family, the Careys endured racial slurs, hostility, and sometimes violence, causing the family to frequently relocate throughout the New York and Rhode Island areas. The strain on the family led to the divorce of Mariah Carey's parents when she was three years old.

Spending much of her time at home alone, she turned to music as an outlet. Mariah Carey began singing at around the age of three, performing for the first time in public during elementary school, and was writing her own songs by junior high. Mariah Carey graduated from Harborfields High School in Greenlawn, New York, although she was frequently absent due to her popularity as a demo singer for local recording studios. Her renown within the Long Island music scene gave her opportunities to work with musicians such as Gavin Christopher and Ben Margulies, with whom she co-wrote material for her demo tape. After moving to New York City, Mariah Carey worked numerous part-time jobs to pay the rent and completed five hundred hours of beauty school. Eventually, she became a backup singer for Brenda K. Starr.

Hollywood Famous Actress
Rachel Sarah Bilson
Latest Wallpapers & Biography

Rachel Bilson has slowly but surely built up her acting resume. Following brief appearances in shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and 8 Simple Rules... for Dating My Teenage Daughter, she landed a role that left everyone talking: that of Summer Roberts on FOX's hit drama, The O.C. With the success of this show, Rachel Bilson became a hot commodity. She followed up that role with a part on the prime-time comedy Chuck and on the big screen in the thriller Jumper.

Rachel Bilson's first high-profile gig was on stage in a production of Bye Bye Birdie. She figured prominently in the play and used the experience as a launching pad for two more theatrical productions: The Crucible and Once Upon a Mattress. She had landed a solid role on a fantasy series called It's True in 1998, but the show never took off because CBS couldn't find the financing to air it. Despite this letdown, Rachel Bilson continued to plug away and starred in a television commercial for Subway before finally coming into her own.
